Shipping Terms


Shipping costs: Free

Total shipping time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)


Order processing time

It is the length of time between the time an order is placed by a customer and the time the order is handed over to a shipping service provider by the seller.

In general, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed over weekends may experience delays.

Our warehouse only operates during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.


Delivery time: 1-5 days

We ship from our warehouse in Germany, which takes about 1-5 days for delivery.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. We will provide you with a tracking number (tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: this may take longer during events or public holidays.


Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.


If you cannot track your package properly, please contact us and we will solve the problem within 48 hours.


delay in delivery

International shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at doogeemall@doogee.cc and we will immediately review the situation with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding and support.



Order cancellation

contact us immediately after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If the package has not been sent after completing your payment, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full.

Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.


About taxes

Normally we ship your order from our German warehouse. However, on extremely rare occasions when items are out of stock or new products, we ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. In such cases, a small amount of customs fees may apply. Customs fees are charged by your government, not our website, and you are responsible for these fees. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.
